Pausing ourselves and others with care since 2015

What is this?
The Daily Interrupter is a community supported zine, printed on one sheet of paper, which folds into 8 smaller pages. We usually publish one issue every two weeks, which you can receive in your physical or digital mailbox.

To give you a taste
Here are the links to the first 3 issues. After downloading you can print and fold the first two pages, or scroll down to page 3 for easy reading on a screen.

Download #1: We don’t talk faster than we can feel.

Download #2: It’s not them, we’re draining ourselves.

Download #3: Do we still see the other as a human being?

Why the Daily Interrupter?
The intention for this zine is to support people in their daily morning practice of “interrupting themselves and others with care”. If you’d like a subscription after the trial, we ask you to join our community of practice, by committing to doing a 2-minute morning practice for at least 5 days a week.

What happens after the free trial?
We send you an email with the question if you want to signup for a 3-month subscription. We want to welcome you without money being an obstacle. We can do so if enough people support The Daily Interrupter financially to send out physical issues. Our basic cost of printing and mailing is about $2 per issue. For a three month subscription the costs are about $14. You can support the Daily Interrupter fund by giving money here: https://payment-links.mollie.com/payment/7iMoiTZV9Swo9rus2AAog
